The RumbleSlates are an excellent, high-quality barbell with aluminum bar, very durable low-odor TPU-rubber-coated plates, and rotating end plate connectors, allowing for exceptional cardio performance and fast-paced workouts.

The weight plates also double as free-weights, with built-in handles for use with a wide variety of workouts without the bar.

- Spinning "Crocodile-mouth" plate clamps with high quality ball-bearings
