TectonicPlates 2.0 Replacement Handle

I received my item already broken in the box. The only way to reach them is by leaving a bad review because no one answers emails and the phone number is out of service. Really terrible after-sales service — I’ll never deal with them again. Go somewhere else.

Ruthless customer service — I ordered a part for my dumbbells, paid for it, but never received an invoice or any reply to my emails. Their phone number is out of service. I think I got scammed out of $75. I strongly recommend going elsewhere

So far not that good. Rock Solid were not able to fill the order placed and are sending an alternative product.
Alternative product still has not arrived.
