Rock Solid Fitness is a Canadian company with high standards for quality and performance, started up in 2019. We found that there was a lack of high quality adjustable dumbbells that were designed in the way we liked. We didn’t like the big square and bulky adjustable dumbbells, and we didn’t like the dumbbells that had an awkward “skeleton” no matter what weight we chose, such as the ones designed by Bowflex, so we decided to solve the problem ourselves, which gave birth to our TectonicPlates and other high quality products.

Your right to return your purchase is valid for 14 days, and requires written notice by email at [email protected]. The period within which you have the right to exercise you right of regret commences the day you receive your order (based on courier tracking or pickup date as arranged by email with us). Returns are accepted on the condition that the packaging and the product are in good condition; the packaging must be without large tears and be in good enough condition to be reused for shipping, and the product must show no signs of use (no scratches, dents, scrapes, or other signs of use). If a product is damaged or lost because of negligence, your return policy is voided. If the product is damaged for any reason (during shipping or due to a manufacturing defect), we do not offer returns, rather we offer replacements under the warranty policy.

The costs associated with returning unwanted purchases are the customer’s responsibility. Returns must not be by C.O.D. (Cash on delivery); any returns made with such terms will be rejected. For exchanges, the customer is responsible for the shipping cost of the new order. Once we receive the return, the packaging and product will be inspected, and the return will only be approved once we confirm that everything is in order according to our Return Policy.
